What age are Magical Luma sleepovers suitable for?
Our sleepovers are designed with little dreamers in mind, with themes to suit a range of personalities and interests. We generally recommend them for children aged around 6-12, but please get in touch if you have any questions about suitability.
How many children can I book for?
Our launch packages cater for 2-6 children, with pricing based on the number of guests. If you have a different number in mind, please contact us to discuss.
Which themes can I choose?
We offer Moonlight, Level Up, Explorers and The Bow Edit. Each has its own style from dreamy neutrals to woodland adventures.
How do I book?
Contact us by email or send us a message on Instagram with your preferred date, number of children and chosen theme. We will then get back to you to confirm and talk through next steps.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due seven days before your sleepover. Bookings made within seven days require full payment. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
Can I add extras to my package?
Absolutely! You can personalise your sleepover with optional extras, such as a personalised water bottles, a treat box and sleep masks. These can be discussed when making your enquiry.
How much space will I need?
Each teepee needs enough room to be safely set up, with space to move around it. The amount of space depends on the numberof children and choosen layout. If you're unsure, let us know your room dimensions when enquiring.
What if a child has allergies or additional needs?
Please let us know about any allergies, sensory preferences or additional needs when enquiring, We will discuss what adjustments may be possible and clarify any relevant product or material information before confirming your booking.
Is the equipment cleaned for every booking?
Yes, all our bedding are equipment are cleaned and checked after every booking.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Cancellations, date changes and any refunds will be hangled in line with out booking Terms & Conditions, which is available on the website and a copy will be sent to you before you confirm.
